Recently bought our first new car, a 2012 Kia Soul Plus from Fisher Kia, and couldn't be happier with the experience. Jeff Katz was amazing, he was very helpful, wasn't at all pushy like many sales people, and he is their designated "Soul Man". We were in a tight situation and needed to purchase our car on short notice, other dealers on the front range took weeks to reply to my initial inquiry which clearly stated our situation and time constraints. Jeff really went the distance to make this happen for us, his boss Phil Robinson also stayed wellinto the evening to help us complete our purchase. This car is amazing, I would recommend it to anyone, same goes for Fisher Kia, they definitely stand out!

I just purchased a 2012 Kia Soul from Jeff Katz at Fisher Kia. Overall, I had a great experience. I was a bit worried because I had been shopping at quite a few dealerships closer to home or to work, but hadn't found anyone I wanted to buy a car from. But, from my first test drive to delivery, Jeff made everything easy and didn't pressure at all. I had all my questions about the car answered, and feel great about my decision and the deal I got. On the day I purchased the vehicle, I called Jeff and Fisher was able to find the exact car I wanted and they had it ready to go at the dealership that afternoon. I felt like they were willing to do a lot more for me than any other dealer, and they made everything really easy. I feel great about the decision to buy a car there and would definitely recommend working with Jeff Katz at Fisher Kia--even my stepdad liked him.

We purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento from Fisher. Paul was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. We started the process online and there was never any pressure. We wanted the LX V6 AWD with only two rows of seats but couldn't find one. After letting Paul know what we were looking for he went searching. Within a short period of time he found one. Since we are in Denver and Fisher is in Boulder, we didn't want to have to drive multiple times up there and Paul was able to get things done so that we just had to make one quick trip. We would do the whole process with them again even though we are an hour away.

We just bought a new Kia Soul from Fisher Kia, even though we live a good hour away in Castle Rock. I had researched the kind of car I wanted to buy, built my ideal car on Costco's website, and was directed to Fisher Kia as the nearest participating dealer. It turned out to be the best recommendation we could have gotten, because Costco's website connected us with Jeff Katz, the "Soul Man." Jeff and his wife each drive a Soul, and he proved to be an excellent advocate for the car. He could answer all our questions from years of personal driving experience. When it came time to decide what we wanted to do, Jeff didn't apply the high pressure you typically expect from a car salesman. Purchased a new Kia Soul from Fisher Kia and were very pleased with the staff at Fisher Kia. We started to look for a Kia Soul almost 6 months ago and had some contact with Justin and Jeff. We were not in a hurry and they knew that and did not harass us, they checked in periodically to see how things were progressing. As we got more serious we decided we wanted to special order exactly the car we wanted from Kia. We spoke with multiple dealerships and with the Costco pricing Fisher was the Best. (The next closest was almost $1500 more which is huge on a $21k car). We came in to meet with Jeff and Justin to work out the details, and placed our order. Less than 4 weeks later our car came in. We came in to finalize the paperwork and it was an easy process with no surprises. I point this out as I have had some issues at other places in the past where when you get to that stage and the numbers change and there is a hard sell for oil change packages, extended warranties etc. All said and done the staff at Fisher Kia was a pleasure to deal with.

I recently bought A Kia Soul from Fisher Kia and Doc O'Connor as my sales rep was awesome as was the entire team I worked with - Justin, Mac and others who combined to make buying this car the most pleasant car buying experience I've had in a long life of buying cars. They absolutely do everything possible to make you feel like a wanted and valuable customer and in my case I felt like a part of the family when I called or came in. Living in Littleton (about 50 miles away) caused me to ask if I might bring the car home overnight before buying - their answer "no problem" - which pretty much summed up the experience. It would be hard to make buying a car more pleasurable with the exception of signing all the paperwork which no dealer can make any easier. Fisher, Doc and the team get my highest recommendation.

I wanted to share my experience at Fisher KIA yesterday. I needed to get my first service done on my Kia Optima since I leased it back in October. I called to set the appointment and found out that an appt wasn't need, I could just stop in whenever it was convenient for me (within their scheduled hours-which basically is all day). Initially I was a bit concerned that I may arrive and find many others there for their service too and would have to wait. NOT THE CASE.....I was in and out in no time at all. Jason is very informative and was able to answer all of my questions as to the status of my vehicle. The way I was treated by Jason and the staff at KIA once again reinforces the great choice I made when I chose to deal with Fisher for my vehicle lease. Thanks Jason ;-)

I recently purchased a Kia Sportage SX from Paul Frink at Fisher Kia. It was a great experience. Paul made purchasing a new car actually enjoyable! He had to order the car for me as there were no SX models available in the area. He kept me posted via email every step of the way and the vehicle actually came in sooner than expected. From the beginning there was never any pressure! Paul took the time to ensure I was satisfied every step of the way. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and courteous. I just bought a 2012 Kia Sorento, and was really pleased with the experience. I worked with Jeff Katz and Justin Gasman, letting them know exactly what I was looking for. The only vehicle in the state that matched my requirements was in Grand Junction, but was scheduled to be shipped out to Boulder two days later, by pure coincidence. Justin gave me a great price over the phone, telling me everything that was included in it, so I knew exactly what the car would cost me. When the car arrived, and I took it out for a test drive, Jeff was great to work with. Very low pressure and very personable. All in all, a great experience.

Took my 2011 Kia Optima in for service (oil change, etc.) at the Fisher Honda/Kia and will never go anywhere else now. I purchased the optima in Ft. Collins (Tynan's is good too) but will now get the car serviced at the Fisher Honda Kia. I was in and out, very nice waiting facility, and the staff was very helpful and courteous. They know customer service there and they are not pushy. I love the 2011 optima EX btw!!

We had a problem with our power steering for our 2005 Kia Amanti.I called and made an appointment to drop the car off in the afternoon expecting to have the repairs done the next day.Not only did they get my car in right at 4pm , they had the repairs completed at 5pm. Justin Green the Assistant Service Consultant was very courteous and knowledgeable. When I called I actually got to talk to a person right away rather than been put on eternal hold. Fisher Autos Customer Service is next to none I was very impressed and would highly recommend Fisher Auto to anyone. Thank you Fisher Auto.

Thanks, Phil Robinson and the rest of Fisher Kia for a terrific experience We bought a new 2012 Kia Sorrento, and everyone at Fisher was great. But our salesperson, Phil Robinson, went above and beyond the call of duty in getting us the car we wanted. We *may* have been more difficult than your average customer - we considered lots of different cars, did way too much research on the internet, asked way too many questions, and hemmed and hawed a lot. But Phil was patient and well educated about not only Kias by also the other cars we were considering. He was always reachable, but never pushy. And did I mention patient. The rest of the folks (service dept., finance dept., etc.) have been great too. So we have a car we love at a price that worked for us. Thanks Fisher Kia

I purchased my Kia Sorento at Fisher Kia and couldn't have asked for a better experience. After test driving several cars and dealing with several sales people I was very pleased when Jeff Katz a Kia salesman was not pushy and let me test drive what I wanted and gave me the information needed. He did not try to show me any cars I was not interested in and really listened to the important features I wanted in a car. Unlike some of the other salesmen I came across Jeff didn't not bother me with constant calls about the cars I had test drove. Once I decided on which car was the perfect fit for me I went back to Fisher Kia and had the wonderful help of Jeff Katz and Justin Gasman in finding the right car to meet all my needs. Both Jeff Katz and Justin Gasman worked with my father and I to get the best possible price on my trade in. Both Jeff and Justin listened to what price range I was willing to settle for and did everything they could to get me the car I wanted. I was very pleased with the numbers we were able to come up with and how willing both Jeff Katz, Justin Gasman and Fisher Kia to make sure I walked away with the best possible deal. Both Jeff Katz and Justin Gasman were extremely friendly to my parents and myself and made purchasing my first car a breeze. I purchased a 2009 KIA Borrego in April 2010. After shopping at another KIA dealer closer to my home, I decided to look at both the Honda Pilot and the KIA Borrego andthe only dealer close to me was Fisher Honda/Kia. My wife had already decided on the Borrego but I wanted to see how it compared to the Pilot. We talked to Paul at the KIA dealership and he had a Pilot brought up so we could compare the two. We ended up with the Borrego. Paul was so easy to work with and they had to go to another dealer to get the vehicle we wanted. When we were doing the paper work, the finance manager explained the different options and extras that were available. If we wanted any extras or not it was OK. There was no pressure to purchase any extras. When I took the vehicleback for my first oil change I was impressed by the way I was treated and it hasn't changed since. The work is done when they say it will be done and most times before. There has been no pressure to have this or that done. I have asked several times about tire rotation and was told that they are wearing evenly and don't need to be rotated. There is another KIA dealer much closer to me, but I will continue driving 20+ miles each way to Fisher because of the service and the way I am treated. I thank all of the service department especially Justin for the great service.

I just wanted to take a minute or two to pay my compliments to Fisher Kia, and to Phil Robinson in particular. After a bit of research, model-comparison, test-driving, etc., I finally decided that the 2012 Kia Sorento SX was the next “right” car for my family. And as things work-out, I managed to find myself at Phil Robinson's desk at Fisher Kia “up” in Boulder, all the way from “down” in Centennial. Suffice it to say (and as with most, if not some), I'm a relatively skeptical car buyer... but as I continued to work with Phil, and more importantly he with me (and never with any pressure), I came to realize the (comfortably) quality operation that Fisher Kia is, and that Phil (and Jonathan Fisher) embody. On my first visit, Phil tracked down the exact color & option combination of the Sorento that I was interested in, and was able to secure a vehicle trade (even before receiving a commitment from my end) - that coupled with a very fair deal sealed it for me. Not to mention... Phil's knowledge of the model and its features is impressive, but not as impressive as his willingness to take the time to explain all of their intricacies (and most with his personal twist). Phil's patience and professionalism are commendable and I look forward to our on-going interactions as I continue to do business with Fisher.

I purchased a new KIA Optima SX from Phil Robinson at Fisher KIA in Boulder. The process was started by requesting an online quote from several dealerships. Phil quickly responded with a quote so low, I found it hard to believe and thought it was a mistake. After several conversations with Phil, I came to realize that he was the real deal. Unfortunately, being the skeptical buyer that I am and trying to do all my research, I didn’t act quickly enough on the car that Phil had in stock and it got sold to someone else who knew a good deal when they saw it. Since I knew the KIA Optima SX was the car I wanted, Phil allowed me to put a deposit down and wait for an allocation from KIA. That meant I was put on a priority list to get the next Optima SX that came in with my specifications. What I found to be a little disappointing was that KIA was not sending large quantities of the Optima SX to the Denver area. This wasn't Fisher's fault and I believe they were trying their best to get one as soon as possible. What I found out was none of the dealerships in the Denver area were getting the car in my color which frustrated both Phil and his manager Justin Gasman. Periodically when another dealership would happen to get one, they wouldn’t trade to other dealerships due to how rare the SX had become plus they wanted MSRP for the vehicle. It was simple supply and demand. Finally after 3 months of waiting, Justin Gasman, the sales manager, was able to find one in another state and got it for me. Both Phil and Justin were outstanding people to work with. They were very low pressure and true to their word. I find these qualities so rare in my car buying experience, I would not hesitate for a second to purchase another vehicle from these guys. Please take it from me, if you are in the market for a KIA, take the time to check out Fisher KIA in Boulder. You won’t be sorry and you will get a fantastic deal with someone you can trust.

Thanks for the note. We’re doing well and love the Optima! We took it on a long road trip to the east coast in Sept (5100 miles worth) and averaged about 36 mpg overall with three adults and a trunk full of luggage. Very comfortable for the three of us. We have not found the seats to be too hard as some have said in reviews – just fine on long hauls. All other aspects great as well. A minor nit would be to change the trunk hinges to avoid the squish factor when closing. I drove it to Limon, Colorado solo a few weeks ago (170 miles round trip from here) and babied it a bit (i.e., kept it at the speed limit of 65) to see what kind of mileage I could get - 47.3 was the answer – not too shabby! At 75-80 I generally get 35-37 and at 65 39-40+ and around town about 24, so very pleased with the economy. Plenty of power in the mountains and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on the car’s looks. I’ve read some adverse comments about the Nexen tires and snow handling, so I’m interested to see how that goes...Thanks again for a smooth and professional sale!

Paul was EXCELLENT to work with in buying this vehicle. In fact we purchased the Borrego and were looking at another vehicle which had just arrived. They hurried and fixed the vehicle so we could take a look at it. We drove it several times and decided to buy it. Then the next day we decided against it. I was a little nervous to call and tell Paul we had changed our mind especially since I was bringing the Borrego back in for some service. When I did see Paul he was so understanding and friendly about it and completely understood our decision process. He didn't pressure me into anything different nor ask me to explain our decision. It was a very stressful event and I really appreciated that from a "car dealership". In looking for a car for our son, we have been to a variety of dealerships, but we felt most comfortable with Paul and felt like he was really wanting to find the vehicle that worked for our family/situation.
We also know Scott Chatten personally as our children our friends, however I never felt like Paul was treating us any different than he would another customer.
I think what I take away from my experience besides that I would definitely come back when looking for a new or used vehicle for the customer service first and quality of Kia 2nd.....is that good management hires good people. Knowing what a great person Scott is and then working with Paul, I know that the people under Scott was an extension of him which assures me that when dealing with Fisher Kia, I am getting salespeople and service people with integrity, honesty and good work ethic. In these days, those qualities are extremely appreciated! Thank you very much.

Before working with Fisher KIA, I had tried to buy my Optima from Peak KIA. My Peak experience could not have been worse... One of the Peak salesman bragged about making $12000 in commission the previous month, then proceeded to badger me repeatedly about how much money I earned in a year. Seriously?! Unacceptable sales tactics. Following that interaction, we found the finance manager to be abrasive and extremely hostile as we tried to negotiate a better lease package. He took evident satisfaction in denying us a dealer trade just so that we would be forced to buy from him instead, and laughed at us when we asked if there was anything else he could do to help us out. Following this horrible experience, my co-worker recommended working with Fisher KIA. The contrast was night and day. Justin Kowatch at Fisher was a pleasure to work with; polite, professional, courteous and eager to do whatever it took to earn my business. Justin jumped at the opportunity to offer me a fantastic deal, and made my whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I feel great about giving Fisher business, and wish Justin Kowatch the best of luck going forward. As a family owned dealership their customer-facing attitude and philosophy presents a stark contrast to the sleazy tactics of Peak. I would strongly urge anyone looking at buying a KIA or another vehicle to avoid Peak and head straight to Fisher!

We live in Thornton and have brought our CRV in for years for service. We have over 160,000 miles on it. I have to say, the staff is excellent and professional. We have had some service issues over the years, and Fisher Honda goes out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. They are straight forward, and it is worth the drive to get service. They even have bicycles if you want to take a ride while you wait. There are bike paths all around.

We bought a new Kia Forte yesterday, working with Paul Frink. Buying a new car was not on our agenda, until our son was in an accident and totaled our Nissan Sentra. We did quite a bit of on-line research, and talked/emailed with about 7 different dealers. We also visited 3 other dealers, and drove other model cars. Working with Paul was wonderful. He was helpful, but NEVER pushy- letting us take our time. We actually worked with him one day, left and visited other dealers, and then returned to Fisher Kia (Paul Frink) the next day. We found that Paul listened to us, let us take the lead, and was just there if we needed something- he gave us our space! Paul answered our questions, but did not overload us with info we didn't need.
We ended up buying a car (the Kia Forte 2012) that we had not even thought of- but once we drove it we really loved it! The sale was handled quickly (our 13 year old son was with us, and Paul was so thoughtful of him sitting through paperwork!).
Overall- a great experience. Hopefully we will not be in the market for a new car for some years- but, if we are, we will want to work with Paul Frink and Fisher again!

I came in interested in a specific type of car. Jeff helped me look at the model I liked, and we compared a lot of the inventory on the lot (there was a huge selection). I found a car that I loved, and his knowledge about the car and understanding about some of my concerns were helpful in my decision to purchase.
After playing the waiting game with financing etc., which is common with any car buying experience, the entire staff was helpful in trying to get me out the door in time for a previously scheduled appointment. The sales manager even threw in an ipod adapter for my time!!! Great experience....

I needed my car serviced in a pinch and was not in my usual town since I was doing a cross country trip. Fisher Kia was completely amazing. They got me onto their service schedule within minutes of my pulling up as a drive-by customer. They cross referenced my existing records from my usual KIA dealer in NM and used them to determine what I needed. They noticed that my wiper-blades needed replacing and did so. Their waiting area had cable television and fresh coffee....they got my car done and delivered back to me within the half hour. The cherry on top was a check in phone call the next day to make sure that everything was in good working order and that I was happy with the service. My hometown KIA dealer could learn a thing or two about service from Fisher!!!

What can I say about Fisher Honda/Kia. First let me say that I am not rich, well settled, or in a position that I thought I could get a car. My credit is not great. I have benn hard pressed in the current economy and I've had to let things like credit ratings not be my priority. I was looking to buy a used car, something to get us through until I could fix the things that have gone wrong in my life. Phil Robenson too time to understand where I was, what had happened and what my transportation needs really are. I explained to him how I was not a candidate for any kind of reasonable financing. My own credit union said no, the other people I talked to said they could get me financing at 21% maybe more. Phil went to work for me. He realized that since I have a child who needs to go to Childrens Hospital regularly I needed very reliable transportation. Not just something to get me though. He brought on board other members of the team and together they found me financing that is very affordable, a car that is very reliable as it's brand new and arranged payments that are very reasonable. They understand being on a budget, particularly now in this economy. They understand that not everything that goes wrong in a persons financial life is their fault. They understand that bad things happen to good people. They also recognise when someone is trying to rebuild their life and are willing to help in that process. What they did for me took a massive load of stress of my shoulders, stayed within my budget, and will help me repair my credit. I am deeply grateful for all of their hard work and dedication to me and my son. They have just made a loyal customer.

"Paul Frink deserves more than 5 stars. I waited several months to write a review to fully test the car and wait for the paperwork to present to the county for licensing. Everything promised was executed flawlessly, and made my responsibilities as smooth as silk. My son found his first car on line at Fisher. When I called to see if it was still available, Paul said it was and he would call if the vehicle sold prior to my arrival in Boulder. I arrived late in the day and he smoothed the negotiation to arrive at a reasonable price. The car, the experience and the confidence inspired made the trip to Boulder well worth the time. "

We have two '04 Sorentos, both of which we purchased new. They have been phenomenal vehicles, but the weak point has always been the service experience, which has led us to try multiple dealerships over the years. We recently tried Fisher, and I have to say that this will be where we service both vehicles, and where we purchase new ones. Justin took great care of us, and their whole team did great work. Great service, great price. Sold!

This was my first experience buying a car at the Fisher Kia Dealership. After extensive research online and the many strong reviews from other customers, I decided that my best experience would more than likely come from this dealership, AND I WAS RIGHT!!
Justin Gasman was extremely friendly and it was very obvious he took pride in his dealership and their ability to provide a smooth, no pressure relationship with their customers.
When I arrived at Fisher Jeff Katz assisted me. His job was cut out for him because I was torn between the Optima and the Sportage. Jeff was extremely informative about both vehicles. He took the time to allow me to become very familiar with each so I would be able to make the best decision.
Once my decision was made to lease the Optima, the rest of the process was totally painless, quick and easy. I have purchased new cars from other dealerships and the time it took to finish the process was no less than 5 hours. This entire process (thanks to Jonathan Fisher’s precise preparation of the paperwork), only took 2 hours – from first test drive to departure. Also, at least 45 minutes of that time was spent with Mac Gralund as he went over every detail of the Optima and all it’s bells and whistles.
Thank you Fisher Kia for making this experience actually enjoyable and I assure you I will be telling everyone I know about my experience and how kind, honest, and compassionate you all were to work with.

I purchased a new KIA Optima SX from Phil Robinson at Fisher KIA in Boulder. The process was started by requesting an online quote from several dealerships. Phil quickly responded with a quote so low, I found it hard to believe and thought it was a mistake. After several conversations with Phil, I came to realize that he was the real deal. Unfortunately, being the skeptical buyer that I am and trying to do all my research, I didn’t act quickly enough on the car that Phil had in stock and it got sold to someone else who knew a good deal when they saw it. Since I knew the KIA Optima SX was the car I wanted, Phil allowed me to put a deposit down and wait for an allocation from KIA. That meant I was put on a priority list to get the next Optima SX that came in with my specifications. What I found to be a little disappointing was that KIA was not sending large quantities of the Optima SX to the Denver area. This wasn't Fisher's fault and I believe they were trying their best to get one as soon as possible. What I found out was none of the dealerships in the Denver area were getting the car in my color which frustrated both Phil and his manager Justin Gasman. Periodically when another dealership would happen to get one, they wouldn’t trade to other dealerships due to how rare the SX had become plus they wanted MSRP for the vehicle. It was simple supply and demand. Finally after 3 months of waiting, Justin Gasman, the sales manager, was able to find one in another state and got it for me. Both Phil and Justin were outstanding people to work with. They were very low pressure and true to their word. I find these qualities so rare in my car buying experience, I would not hesitate for a second to purchase another vehicle from these guys. Please take it from me, if you are in the market for a KIA, take the time to check out Fisher KIA in Boulder. You won’t be sorry and you will get a fantastic deal with someone you can trust.

This was our first car buying experience with Fisher Kia. Jeff Katz made it quick and simple for my husband and I. Since our schedules never worked to get us all there together, Jeff worked with us over the phone and all I had to do is go in and sign the papers. Thanks so much!

The entire Team at Fisher was amazing when we recently purchased our new Honda Pilot! Doc O'Conner was incredibly responsive from the day we told him what we were looking for, to the continuous follow up to make sure everything is perfect. We originally went to Fisher as a recommendation from a friend about the exceptional service and moving forward, we will always buy our cars from Fisher because we know we won't find the same experience elsewhere. They truly have a culture to take care of you in every department and it is rare to see this five star level of service in any industry these days!

Fisher Honda and Kia is the only place I buy cars from! This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them and from start to finish the process was low pressure, easy and to be honest, fun. Jeff Katz (Kia Salesman) and Justin Gasman (Kia Manager) were friendly, helpful and upfront about all parts of the sales process. It was a pleasure working with them and recommend this dealership to everyone.

I just wanted to say what a great experience I had with Phil Robinson during the purchase of my 2003 Subaru Forester. He made me feel very comfortable during what could have otherwise been a very nerve racking experience...the purchase and financing of my first car through a dealership. He went out of his way to help get my financing approved and put me in a car that I really enjoy driving for a fair price. Both Justin Gastman and Jeff Katz made an extraordinary effort to be sure I was comfortable with the purchase of my Turbo Optima. No pressure, no squeeze, no "absent negotiator". During negotiations, they were both problem solvers, not salesmen. I have purchased quite a few cars over the years, and it has been a long time since I was treated both fairly and respectfully by a dealership.

Ever since I bought my Kia at Fisher (an unusually pleasant experience in itself), I have used them for all of my service requirements. Jason Norman is an outstanding service advisor; he always ensures that the work is done completely and thoroughly, and keeps me apprised of any delays that are beyond the control of the service department.
