I would like to thank you and Paul Frink in helping me purchase the 2011 Kia Sorento EX-V6. I think both of you have done a 110% job in letting me drive both the 4 and 6 cylinder cars to determine which one I would be more comfortable driving. You both answered my questions and helped to explain the differences between the one that I owned and the new car.
A great big thank you to Paul for offering to come to my home and help to program the Home Link System if I had trouble doing it. He also printed off the directions to install it instead of my trying to find it in the book - what a great guy! That REALLY is customer service. He was also very helpful in getting my car cleaned out and transferred to the new car.
I appreciate all that you did to get the best trade in value for my car to be applied to the new one. It was what I had expected it to be. Thanks again. Tell Scott the free coffee gift card for my latte on him was very good.
You are commended on the professionalism in the way you handled the deal. I know that if I have any questions about the car that I can call either you or Paul and get answers.
How impressive it is to walk into a dealership and have everything so clean and neat. I I have been in some dealerships that really are disarrayed and messy. Fisher Kia is the exception.
Thank you for introducing me to so many of the employees that will be taking care of my car. It gives a comforting feeling to know that there is confidence in the people and that you are proud enough of them to introduce them to your customers.
