When we see the arrival of the 2013 Kia Opirus in Boulder, Denver, and Westminster, it’s sure to turn some heads, and as soon as it’s available, you’ll be able to get it here at Fisher Kia. The 2013 Opirus Will Offer Denver Drivers Plenty of Luxury

Later this year, we can expect to see an all-new RWD luxury sedan from Kia. While details are scarce at this time, we do know that it will be based on the same platform as the Hyundai Genesis, and its exterior design cues will borrow significantly from last year’s Kia GT concept, which was shown at the Frankfurt Auto Show. Word is also that the 2013 Kia Opirus will borrow from the Optima sedan, particularly in the design of its doors, though the rear windows will be longer in the Opirus, which could be indicative of greater legroom for rear-seat passengers.

Of course, we know that drivers in Boulder, Denver, and Westminster want to know about the 2013 Kia Opirus’ powertrain options as well. While no concrete details are available, we expect that the base engine will be a 3.8L V6 model tied to an eight-speed automatic transmission. We wouldn’t be surprised to see a 4.6L V8 and a 5.0L V8 made available, either. There’s also a rumor that we could see a ten-speed automatic transmission. A hybrid edition of the 2013 Opirus also seems likely.
